I was referred to Cassandra by a friend when I decided to go ahead with the purchase of my first place. I am so glad it was her who helped me during this important endeavor in my life. She was very professional, guided me thru the whole process knowing that I know zero about all of these transactions. She was so proactive that made this journey really easy for me based on my very busy schedule. Cassandra made sure that all was in place and ready to go with my bank, helped me address all my questions about schools for my kids, location, but most importantly, she really empathized with my feelings and desires about the new place i was looking for me and my kids, and it she nailed it since the very first view. We did not got that place unfortunately but it took only a couple more views to find what I really wanted in only 2 weeks! That's amazing! I don't usually write reviews, but I have realized that when it comes to important things in your life, it's worth to share your experiences to help people going thru the same process. She is very knowledgeable and passionate to find the property that suits her clients. We are so glad that we chose her as our realtor. She made sure we find the type of property we had in mind, no matter how long it took or how many property we checked to find the ONE. She spent hours and hours checking the property documents to find out any flaws or issues so we won’t get in trouble later. She is very resourceful and introduced other skilled professionals that we needed to work with in order to do the renovation we wanted in our property.
